1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods and instant access to downloadable/executable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase is completed.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets, source codes, files, and digital planning products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned” or “repossessed.” By placing an order or acquiring a digital asset on Blueprint Market, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You forfeit the right to a refund or cancellation once the product is accessed, viewed, or downloaded.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the product or tool meets your requirements prior to purchase.

2. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

While our general policy is No Refunds, we prioritize customer satisfaction. A refund or replacement may be considered strictly under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Major Defects / Corrupted Files: If the purchased digital file is corrupted or technically unusable, and our support team is unable to fix or replace the file within 7 business days of your notice.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice within a short timeframe, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification.

Note: Incompatibility with your personal device, lack of desired software, or change of mind after purchasing does not qualify for a refund.

3. Subscriptions & Premium Access (If Applicable)

  • Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles. However, no partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period.

  • Immediate termination of your account.
  • Permanent blacklisting of your IP address and email from all Blueprint Market tools and services.
  • Potential legal escalation to dispute fraudulent claims.
